Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They open your link in any browser, fill a cart and tap Order on WhatsApp. The order goes from their own WhatsApp to yours.
How do customers pay?
By your own UPI QR code, a payment link from your Razorpay account, or cash on delivery / pay at the shop, whichever you turn on. Money goes straight to you.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?

What happens after the free trial?
The 20 days start when your store first goes live. Pick monthly or yearly to keep it online. If you don’t, the store shows “unavailable” until you do; your products, orders and WhatsApp shop stay in GetSetSales.
Will this help with Meta business verification?
Your store shows your legal business name, address and contact details, which Meta looks for on a business website. Use your store link as your website and write your details exactly as on your documents. Meta makes the final decision.
What can't I sell?
